Job Description:
As a remote insurance agent with the Berlin Agency, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, either part-time or full-time, to provide coverage to families who have requested our services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting warm leads provided by the company and setting up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with clients in their homes or via video.
- Assisting clients in applying for coverage and providing them with the necessary information and support.
- Following a proven system to achieve success and meet performance goals.

- Virtual and in-person training, support, and personal mentorship.
- No cold calling - warm leads are provided.
- Average commission on a beginning contract ranges from $525 to $700 per application.
- Full-time agents write an average of 3-7 applications per week.
- Opportunity for a 5% raise every 2-3 months based on performance.
- Part-time agents have the potential to earn $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
- Full-time agents have the potential to earn $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
- Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.
Mentoring and back-office support are provided, and there are flexible working hours. Uncapped commissions and a straightforward advancement track offer opportunities for growth and leadership/management roles.
